I have had a hellish couple of years of ill health, in which my art and creative output has slowed to a crawl. As things stand at the moment, my health is still not perfect, I am plagued with adrenal issues and long-term fatigue, but I am a LOT better than I was this time last year, and I don't want to think about the year before and the entire topical steroid induced adrenal crisis at all. I don't have a great deal of new artwork or mask work to share, but I do have Ideas. They may take a while to implement, but they are there, which means that maybe my creative muse is returning at long last. I feel positive.  IT is a good feeling. Onwar

It seems that whenever I write a journal entry here, I've been absent for a long while. Once again I have been laid up and unable to work because of my health. All of my life I have had eczema, and treated it with steroid creams, and last August I discovered that the creams are the problem, not the solution. As a result I have been practically bed bound for the past eight months due to topical steroid withdrawal. Without going into too many details (Deviant Art isn't really the place for this type of discussion) steroid withdrawal is debilitating and scary, and it's one of the hardest things I've ever done. If you suffer with eczema and use
